Elma Town Historian  Frank Maciejewski is assisted by Elma Town Supervisor Dennis Powers in unveiling the Historic marker honoring the naming of the Hamlet of Spring Brook, NY. Looking on is Councilman Tracy Petrocy, Councilman Jim Malczewski, and Elma Historical Society President Marlene Baumgartner. The marker was made possible through a grant from the William C. Pomroy Foundation. The marker is located on Seneca Street on the property that was once  Schoolhouse #10.
